Trexler Library has been awarded another grant from the American Library Association and Nextbook, this in the amount of $5000, to continue a book discussion group series it started last year, titled Let’s Talk About It: Jewish Literature. The next series will begin in September 2009, and will run once a month for 5 mos. The theme: “Demons, Golems, and Dybbuks : Monsters of the Jewish Imagination,” led by Prof. Hartley Lachter.
