Executive Orders available on govinfo for Presidents Trump, Obama, Bush, and Clinton

Executive Orders are used by the Executive Office of the President to provide direction to Federal Agencies and officials within the executive branch.  The Constitution, in Article II, Section 1, grants the President “executive power”.  The text of the Executive Orders are published in the Federal Register after the original signed document forwarded by the White House is received by the Office of the Federal Register, National Archives and Records Administration.
