RESOLVED: OCLC Link resolver – Problem Alert – April 4

The issue described below has been resolved.  Please let us know if you continue to have problems accessing electronic resources.

April 4, 2017–At this time we are experiencing issues connecting to all electronic resources accessed through the Library Catalog (Encompass). This is a widespread problem and OCLC support has been alerted and fixing this problem is a high priority. Please check this library news blog for updated information.

This affects ALL databases/resources/services linked to through the Library Catalog (Encompass Search) with a “Access online” button or “View eBook” link.

You may be able to directly access the database you need via links in the Databases A-Z list or via the Library’s Subject Guides.
