The New Writing and Information Consultation Center
The grand opening (and ribbon-cutting) of the new Writing and Information Consultation Center will take place on September 18 at 4:30 p.m. on level A of the library. Please join us to celebrate, tour the space, and enjoy some refreshment.
The WICC is a one-stop shop for all your students’ writing and research needs. We look forward to this new collaborative venture between Trexler Library and the Writing Center.
Infomaniac Tip of the Week
Infomaniac sez…
Do you use Google Docs? If you do, you’ll be pleased to know that you can now find word definitions and synonyms while working directly in Google Docs. Highlight the word in your document and click on the Tools menu. You can choose to look up the word in Merriam-Webster’s dictionary and thesaurus, and also Encyclopædia Britannica.
