The temporary shutdown of the government is affecting researchers in various ways. We will do our best to post helpful information to this blog as we acquire it.
Presently, we’re seeing that not all federal data providers are impacted equally. Some sites, such as those supporting the work of Congress, are minimally affected, if at all. Others are notifying users that due to the shutdown, information may not be current or updated until the shutdown is resolved. Unfortunately, there are some resources that are not available in any capacity.
We’re very sorry for this inconvenience. In the coming days, please let our reference librarians know what we might do to assist you to find acceptable alternatives. You can contact us by phone, email, or in person here (http://trexler.muhlenberg.edu/research/ask-a-librarian.html).
